Terms of Service
Effective: August 30, 2026
These terms govern use of Frix Ops.
Authorized use only
You may use Frix Ops only with systems, hosts, accounts, services, and files you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. You must not use the service to gain unauthorized access or to interfere with third-party systems.
Authentication and access
You are responsible for protecting your account and authentication factors. Authorization may be limited by tenant, host, service, file, and operation. Frix Ops may deny requests that are outside the configured authorization policy.
Operational changes
State-changing operations are intentionally constrained. Planning a change is not approval to execute it. Apply operations require the service's explicit plan/approval workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing plans and consequences before approving changes.
No generic administrative shell
The public plugin does not provide unrestricted shell, arbitrary sudo, or generic systemctl access. Available actions are limited to the published Frix Ops tool contract.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis. VPS administration can affect availability and data. You are responsible for backups, recovery procedures, and independent verification appropriate to your systems. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation is made.
Suspension
Access may be suspended or revoked when required to protect the service, users, infrastructure, or third parties, or when authorization is no longer valid.
Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Support
Support and data requests are available through the Support page.
